Konstanz (laut) - Ob sich Vega neue Freunde erarbeitet, oder ob nicht eher ein paar alte auf der Strecke bleiben, wird "Locke" zeigen. Auf keinen Fall lässt sich dem Oberfreund von Niemand ankreiden, er probiere nichts Neues aus. Das Albumsnippet fährt für düstere Frankfurter Verhältnisse schon fast verstörend viel Gesang auf. Ist vorzeitig der Frühling ausgebrochen?

Alles so schön rosa auch bei Disarstar. Ganz so muckelig, wie die Albumcover-Farbe suggeriert, wird es dann aber doch nicht: Zum Kitsch serviert der Hamburger auch diesmal wieder Klassenkampf. "Ich sehe mich als Antikapitalist, Antiimperialist und Antifaschist", machte er schon vor einiger Zeit seine Position unmissverständlich deutlich. Rapper mit klarer Haltung brauchen wir derzeit deutlicher denn je - und dieser hier hat immer noch Bock auf Randale:

"Body Count's in the house", schallte es anno 1992 durch die Clubs, und so ist es heute noch. Die meisten Bandmitglieder der Urformation sind zwar tot, doch die Metalband um Rapper Ice-T bleibt unkaputtbar. Das neue, recht kurz geratene Studioalbum "Carnivore" klopft - wie erwartet - nicht höflich an die Türe, sondern tritt sie rüde ein. Body Count, altersmilde? Keine Spur. Gefühlt werden Ice-T und Co. eher härter.

Goetheplakette-Preisträger Moses Pelham taucht wieder nach Metaphern. Wenn die Uhr "13" schlägt und "der Spaß ein Loch hat" operiert man im Video zu "Notaufnahme" am offenen Herzen. Explicit! "Wir sind sehr gut darin, schlechte Entscheidungen zu treffen", meint Moses etwa in "Weiße Fahne" - und entschied sich für die Religion. "Glaube" heißt das Album, auf Hebräisch: "Emuna". Dramatisches aus dem Rödelheimer Wunderland zwischen Trip Hop, Cloud-Rap und Gospel-R'n'B sind wohl zu erwarten.

Mit 50 noch ne Band gründen? Muss man können. Die Rede ist von OIL, einem Projekt bestehend aus vier Musikern, von denen man einige Namen schon mal gehört hat, wenn auch aus anderen Zusammenhängen. In der Schleswig-Holsteinschen Provinz kamen zum kreativen Stelldichein zusammen: Gereon Klug (Studio Braun-Intimus, Rocko Schamoni-Manager, Podcast-Star), Maurice Summen (Die Türen, International Music-Entdecker), Reverend Christian Dabeler (Musiker, Autor, Seemann) und Timur Mosh Cirak (Bass). Das selbsterfundene Bandlogo zeigt an, wo die Reise hingeht: Man huldigt dem Rumpel-Dub von PIL und deren angetrunkenen Beatmustern. Die Epik der Veröffentlichung unterstreichend erscheint parallel zur Platte das gleichnamige Buch "Naturtrüb".
